Dear Students,

The IJF Academy is announcing the tentative calendar of the practical session 2025.

Further locations (if any) and dates are added continuously as soon as the technical details are finalised.

Note: Arrivals and departures at the PS location must be on Sundays. 

No exception!

Participation eligibility and application procedure:

1. The completed online semester with 100% progression.

2. The completed Online Digital Test (ODT) with a minimum 60% or higher result.

3. The application link can be found in the above table when available.

4. Paid and confirmed flight tickets (for international students). The flight ticket cost is NOT included in the published participation fee.

5. A valid visa to the PS host country is required. The visa fee is not included in the published participation fee. The student must contact the host country, Judo NF, to apply for a visa and follow the procedure.

6. Completed payment for the practical session participation by the indicated deadline. The participation fees are available on the form in the application link above.

7. Please note that the IJF Academy Management receives applications on a first-come, first-served basis. If a practical session is fully booked, the IJF Academy Management will remove the application form of the practical session from the list and will not accept more applications.
